Located in Kiamika, in the Upper Laurentians, Sylvain Richard is an agricultural producer who always has a full plate. As the owner of three farming operations—Domaine Entre Deux Mondes Inc., Ferme avicole Kiamika Inc. and Érablière Diotte & Meilleur Inc.—he oversees table-egg production, poultry farming, approximately 550 acres of field crops and a 12,000-tap maple operation.
