Located in Roxton Pond, Ferme Sylvio 2007 Inc. is a dairy operation with 138 cows, including 78 lactating cows. Today, Alexandre Pion proudly represents the fifth generation to lead the family business. Over the years, the farm has distinguished itself through its ongoing commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, always striving to enhance herd comfort and performance. This commitment to excellence has earned the farm several awards recognizing the outstanding quality of its milk. A true family legacy, Ferme Sylvio 2007 Inc. has been built on thoughtful, long-term investments aimed at supporting the company’s growth and ensuring its sustainability for generations to come.

With this same vision in mind, the farm selected BulkTech silos for its grain storage needs. The operation first invested in a BT1220 smooth-wall steel silo with a 54-ton capacity, designed to provide strength, reliability, and performance in demanding operating conditions. It later expanded its facilities with the BTPS 702, BTPS 902, and BTPS 500 polymer silo models. Made from industrial-grade high-density polyethylene, BulkTech polymer silos are supported by sturdy galvanized steel frames. Their UV- and temperature-resistant walls help minimize condensation and moisture buildup inside, ensuring optimal grain preservation. Designed to handle local weather conditions, BulkTech silos offer excellent corrosion resistance and require minimal maintenance. Their modular design also makes it easy to increase storage capacity by adding sections, providing a valuable solution to support the growth of agricultural operations. By choosing multiple BulkTech models, Ferme Sylvio 2007 Inc. has equipped itself with a complete, durable, and scalable grain storage solution.
