Jimmy skillfully handles cow feeding, breeding and veterinary check-ups, so much that Ferme Prudense earned a spot on Purina’s 2023 elite breeder list. Dairy cow performance is what motivates him to go the extra mile. Jimmy cares about the longevity of his cows, their conformation and the quality and quantity of milk produced. His statistics are on the rise, with an annual average of 14,682 litres of milk per cow. Four of his cows have classified Excellent multiple times, while six score Excellent. The herd also includes 68 Very Good and 29 Good Plus cows.

To ensure all this hard work keeps paying off, Ferme Prudense sought to upgrade the cleaning system for its Mueller milk cooling tank. William Leblanc from Les Entreprises Leblanc & Fils Inc. recommended a Mueller HiPerForm plus system and a pressure sensor to manage cooling based on milk depth rather than preset times.

So regardless of where Jimmy may be, he can access cooler data such as milk temperatures, alerts and more to check that cooling and cleaning processes are running smoothly. If a problem comes up, it triggers an alert to the technician, who can perform remote diagnostics to speed up resolution and keep the milk fresh. Nothing better for peace of mind!
